Authors are requested to submit the original and revised manuscripts via e-mail. Upon acceptance, authors are requested to e-mail the signed copyright form, the reprint order form, the JOSH order form and the finalized manuscript in MS Word format and every figure in format (at least 1,000 dpi for line art and 300 dpi for half-tones) to the production center of JOSH for final processing and publishing. Proofs and Reprints
1.    Unless otherwise specified, proofs will be sent back electronically to the authors for proofreading and correction.
2.    Authors will be charged for any other substantial corrections.
3.    Authors should return the page proofs of their articles within 48 hours of receipt.
4.    Authors should return the reprint order form to order the reprints.
5.    The decision of one of the Editors-In-Chief is final.Transfer of Copyright Agreement
